In so much as Skype provides voice and video over the internet - yes we can so what Skype does. But the differences end there. Skype uses a proprietary protocol and as it has to go out via the internet then the quality is variable. We use an international standard called SIP which means you can get real phones as well as a program running on your PC. And we normally recommend that you connect your Voice Server to an ISDN line so you can make high quality phone calls just as you do now.
