If you are using a web-based Customer Relationship Management system then we can help to integrate it into the Perihelion Voice Server. When your phone rings the Voice Server automatically opens the contact details for the caller on your screen. And if you are using SugarCRM we can go further by allowing you to place calls from Sugar by simply clicking on an icon by your contact's name. Your phone will ring and when you pick it up the call is put through to the contact and Sugar keeps a record of the call.
