 If you are using a web-based Customer Relationship Management system then we can help to integrate it into the Voice Server or any other Asterisk-based system. When your phone rings the contact details for the caller appear on your screen. And if you are using SugarCRM we can go further by allowing you to place calls from Sugar by simply clicking on an icon by your contact's name. Your phone will ring and when you pick it up the call is put through to the contact and Sugar keeps a record of the call.

We have recently added an enhancement to a pbx such that it interfaces fully with the AutoCAB system used by many taxi firms, using the number of the caller to bring up their account details.

That's why guests are asking for internet access at properties they rent, and Perihelion Telecom can help ensure that a single cottage or a group are connected via WiFi either to your own internet connection or a new dedicated one. You may think that this is a simple case of connecting up a WiFi router, but that means your computers being visible to your guests. And often WiFi signals don't travel through thick old stone walls. Perihelion can help using a variety of technologies including Ethernet over Power, WiFi, 802.11a (we have an OFCOM license) and direct cabling.

Guests often also need to be a phone call away. It can come as rather a shock to city dwellers that a cottage that is out of the way may also be out of range of a mobile signal. Again Perihelion Telecom can help. We can provide each property with its own direct dial number without the expense of paying a rental to BT for a line that is rarely used. There's none of the mess and cost of traditional phone line installation as the calls go out over your broadband connection. And the costs of making calls - especially abroad - is significantly cheaper than a landline or mobile. The phones are modern and include voicemail.

 
Perihelion Resilience Service PDF Print E-mail

The Perihelion Resilience Service is a standard feature included with all Perihelion Voice server solutions and runs on dedicated servers in a secure data facility in Central London. The Resilience Service provides two valuable features; backup and failover.

Each night, Voice Servers on customer premises automatically back up their configurations to the Resilence Service. Should a Voice Server fail for any reason then its configuration settings can simply and quickly be restored to a replacement unit, keeping down time to an absolute minimum.

The optional failover feature is also used by many of the phones connected to Voice Servers on customer premises. If the phone has more than one line then the first is set to use the local Voice Server and the second line will use the Resilence Service. If for any reason the Voice Server or normal phone lines fail then simply by selecting the second line calls can still be made.
